1. NO REFUNDS AND NO RETURNS
* Due to the digital nature of our products (instant downloadable ebooks and digital files), all sales are final and non-refundable.
* Once a digital product has been purchased and access/download link is delivered, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds under any circumstances.
2. EXCEPTION: DUPLICATE PURCHASES
* If you accidentally purchased the exact same digital item twice in two separate transactions, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with your order details.
* Upon verification, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
